Adam Lambert Fans Converge on Los Angeles for Final Concerts of the Glam Nation Tour

The Music Box – December 15, 2010

Club Nokia – December 16, 2010

Zodiac Show Adam Lambert sings A Change is Gonna Come. Six years ago on December 15, Adam gave this landmark performance at the Henry Fonda Theater Music Box. In our interview, Lee Cherry talks about how Adam was being given a hard time during his stint with The Ten Commandments about his off-stage look. Adam channels his anger through this Sam Cooke civil rights anthem. It was an eye-opening moment for him, one that we think paved his way to pursuing his calling as an independent rock artist.

PRESS AND BLOGS

The Hollywood Reporter – Adam Lambert Turns Up the Heat at Final GlamNation Tour Stop “Hot? To be sure, you could even say sweltering, and what better way to brace for a cold, hard winter, at the end of which Adam may emerge with new tunes, and that’s music to any Glambert’s ear.”

Examiner Matt Carter – Adam Lambert’s final Glam Nation performance in photos, video “On Thursday night, the end was here for Adam Lambert with the Glam Nation Tour. The former “American Idol” star gave one last performance at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, and the performance was just about everything the fans thought it would be.”

Examiner Pat Ryder – Adam Lambert duets with Alisan Porter at Henry Fonda Music Box (VIDEO) “When Lambert moved into the acoustic portion of his set, he had Porter join him on fan favorite “Aftermath.” Porter shares songwriting credits on the emotional anthem, along with Lambert, Eli Weisfield and Ferras Alqaisi.”

Tears fill my eyes as I watch this epic performance; Adam you have broken my heart once again! It kills me to think that people gave you such a hard time and completely missed the amazing gift that you truly are! Truth does prevail and the truth here is that you are an insanely talented, beautiful, big-hearted man and I (and so many others ) am proud to be your fan. It is so good to see you happy at last – go on and celebrate; we are right there with you!

The photos and videos of the Glam Nation finale concert are of high quality and special significance. The Glam Nation cake somehow caught my attention a little bit more . There is a hand wearing Adam’s signature black leather glove holding a blueish globe, on top of the Glam Nation cake. Is that what it signifies, a globe ? Yes! Adam’s got the whole world in his hands ! I had written about presenting a crystal globe to Adam and his Glam Nation family for the finale celebration some time ago. I guess that’s why it caught my eye . It’s a beautiful cake . You all must have had a whale of a time !
