BBC – Post-show interview with Queen and Adam (video) “Queen received the global icon award at the MTV Europe Music Awards, with band members Brian May and Roger Taylor picking up their honour on the night. Adam Lambert, who joined the band to close show in Belfast, said it was an honour to be asked to perform. Taylor told the BBC’s Lizo Mzimba’s he was “delighted” to be still performing.”

Adam was amazing last night,i love his blue and black clothes,also his performance with Queen we’re the Glamberts!!!!
I was at first perplexed and dismayed that no mention was ever made of Adam’s name, but there must have been a reason, right? The more I watched the YT vid of the performance, the more I was aware how carefully he’d thought things through. And btw, that shot of him above was my fave still of the event~ fierce!

I’m in GLAMBERTVILLE heaven from the performance I’ve watched several times. Spread the word that this show will be repeated throughout the week at least on certain AT&T Uverse packages. I know because I upgraded my package for a month to see it on a big screen. It was worth the $15.00. I’m in US west coast. I’m so proud & in awe of Adam.

WOW! Amazing, shocking – another vocal paramaunt by Adam. Just take off my hat and admit once again – Great Vocalist. Great actor, as well.

I had to laugh at Neil’s tweet about Adam looking like he was casting spells on Brian May. I had the immediate same impression. It felt like theatre as I watched Adam, dressed all in black, command the stage like a sorcerer. Absolutely no disrespect to Brian, but it looked like Adam had Brian tethered to him by some invisible force, directing him as they moved on the stage and up and down the runway. Brian’s expressions were of a man near tears of joy as followed Adam, almost a childlike wonder in his eyes, as if he was seeing Freddie next to him again. The look never left his face as Adam led and coaxed him to follow down the runway, as he reluctantly took Adam’s command to move apart and play his solo, and as he ran back to Adam’s side for the finale. It was magical, eerie, and powerful
