Just heard on CNA our Baby panda is a Boy ! Good heavens !
So Mama panda Jia Jia , Papa panda Kai Kai, well well, how about Baby panda Sing Sing !
Also : SingJoong – Singapore (新加坡 Sing Jia Por / Xīnjiāpō ) China (中国 Zhōngguó)
Baby panda 新 中 SingJoong / SingJung
Or SingJing : Singapore Beijing
But I still like Sing Sing because his parents have duplicate names and is good to follow up with it, same family. 😊
This is a very interesting video; the caregiver is trying to take the baby panda for progress examination / growth, recording of weight etc; Mama panda is very alert even as the caregiver keeps feeding her, she looks each time the lady puts her hand to see if she could take the baby without aggravating Jia Jia. WRS said that in the past month, the cub has started to develop prominent black markings around the eyes and ears, and on the body. Its fur is expected to be fully grown in the next few weeks and it will soon open its eyes.
Mother Jia Jia has also regained her appetite and has resumed eating, although slowly. She is now regularly seen munching on her favourite bamboo leaves and is also comfortable leaving her cub unattended for short intervals.
