Screen shot 2013-01-14 at 8.25.31 PM

After many painstaking months of gathering, editing and organizing mountains of stories, photographs and images contributed by fans from around the world, the fan-created magazine about Adam Lambert and the impact he has had on fans’ lives is almost out of the oven. Called AURA, the magazine now has its own blog and is taking pre-orders!

AURA will be richly illustrated and accompanied by compelling essays, heart-felt fan testimonials, beautiful photography, fan art, fun facts and stats, all packaged in an elegant, edgy design. Commentaries on Adam’s music, videos, televised performances, concerts and advocacy for Equality will be showcased along with  personal narratives and poetry reflecting the myriad ways in which he has profoundly changed lives, hearts, and minds. AURA will include special essays written exclusively for us by some of Adam’s close friends and collaborators.

Sales of AURA will raise funding for Cyndi Lauper’s Forty to None Project, a cause Adam supports. Forty to None is raising awareness about the epidemic of homelessness among LGBTQ youth and is helping these young people who have been rejected by their own families to find safe havens and a better future.

If you pre-order now, your magazines will be shipped by air freight for much earlier arrival. A minimum of 500 pre-orders is needed to make this possible.

If you pre-order now, you also will receive a digital version of AURA free of charge.

Order your copy by sending payment to adamsaura31@gmail.com via PayPal (credit card payment can also be processed by PayPal).

  • Price:  USD $24.00 per copy

Do I have to add the shopping to the cost of the magazine or is the shipping and handling cost already included in the magazine cost? Also will this be like a subscription magazine, that you get every month? Thank you for doing this, it’s awesome and hope to hear back am answer New post on On the Meaning of Adam Lambert

Thank you for your interest! Shipping and handling need to be added, as that cost will vary depending on where you are located. See the shipping cost info at the bottom of your comment, LOL!

For now, this is a single-issue keepsake magazine, but if we can make a success of this, who knows…it all depends on how many we can sell!

Freddie Mercury predicted this… I was blindsided because I thought he meant himself. Lol. *hat off* That supposed “arrogance” of his which the newspapers wrote about had a lot of people fooled.
I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to send something in for the mag, but it doesn’t matter if it’s me or someone else – I’m sure I will see myself in other people’s stories, and I can’t wait to order. Maybe there will be more issues in the future. Just a question: how does one keep up with everything… let alone integrate it? I feel like my head is being cracked open for consciousness to expand – which is ok, just… many people still say “nothing happened in 2012”. *headtable*
