The Hollywood Reporter – Sonisphere Music Festival Canceled: Adam Lambert and Queen Reunion Isn’t Happening “Festival organizers are expected to release an official statement on Thursday. Queen and Lambert are also scheduled to perform together at the festival’s Moscow stop on June 30.”
NME – Sonisphere Festival 2012 cancelled ?? “BBC Newsbeat writes that Queen leaked news of the festival’s cancellation on their website, Queenonline.com. However, at the time of writing, the Queen site has taken the story down.” The festival itself has not confirmed the story.

Gather – A ‘Springle’ of Adam Lambert is Coming in May “This week, Q102 is announcing their lineup for the concert and Adam Lambert was just revealed as one of the performers. The 2012 Springle Ball will take place on Tuesday, May 22 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Even though all the artists have not been announced yet, it looks to be a great show! Other artists that have been revealed so far include Cody Simpson, Hot Chelle Rae, Flo Rida and The Wanted. More of the lineup will be shared throughout this week on Q102.”
