Thanks, everyone, for your well wishes. I’ll be thinking of you all, wishing we could all be there together. It will probably be the concert of a life time. I’ll soak it all in and try to report back. I may just take your advice, X, and be in the moment as much as possible. The good thing is that my camera doesn’t do well at these concerts so I’m not likely to use it much.
I think I’ve only told Xena and Ellen this so far. I won a draw that Queen Fan Club had a couple of weeks ago. I’ll be one of 100 people to be allowed into the venue first before the main line is let in, so basically they are saying that we’ll be front row for the GA. It also means I won’t have to line up all day, just show up about 30 minutes before doors open, and we’ll be lined up and readied to go with just 10 minutes allowed to get us 100 in the door, checking membership numbers and names as they let us in.
So….I’m super excited about being up close the second night, and niot having to worry about standing all day
Gotta get me some sleep….
NS, This is fantastic and you deserve this chance to go in first!!! I am so happy for you! xoxo
NS,
That is simply wonderful!
I think X is right-too much picture taking can interfere with the moment. I’m glad not everyone feels that way, or we wouldn’t get such great pictures. But I certainly feel that way.
Love,
IsabelR
Karma! So excited for you! xo J
NS, all I can say is have a very safe trip there and back & enjoy every minute of Adam & Queen because you are going to see one very epic concert and 2 legends from years back and one legend right now – our Adam! Forget about picture taking – the professionals are there for that; just behold what you are going to see because this is not going to happen for quite some time to come! And you are getting preferential treatment – what more can you ask for! I am so excited for you – wsh I could be there with you to witness musical history; and if Kiev is any indication of what’s in store, you are inn for quite a treat!! Let us know every minute detail – please!!
Wown NS! You are having some major Adam luck this year! I didn’t know about that little contest, and it just goes to show that you can’t win the lottery if you don’t buy the ticket! Front row is going to be awesome. I can feel how many of us are going “should have made that trip”! Proud of you for just going for it.
Yes, rather lucky and glad I joined the Queen Fan Club…membership definitely has its benefits
I’m here in London now, still awake but will probably fade soon. Learned how to use the Underground today, did the Museum of London, and Piccadilly Circus. Enough for the first day:)
Oh, I went some years back with my son. We stayed in a big ole tourist hotel in the Piccadilly Circus area. There is so much to do just in the “City of London”! Major tourist stuff, but, I was after all a tourist. One of my favorite outing was a late afternoon at the Tate Modern.
All the fans have been watching the Queen Concert today and are so dying to do London. You are gonna have to bring smelling salts to keep from passing out!
Adam on Friday Download, a UK kid’s music show. (He is so wonderful)
wow, I had not seen this!!!!! he is wonderful!!!! I love how he looks so youthful with those shoes on a very youthful show!!!That first face close up in the song, WOW!!!!!!! he is so beautiful sexy
That Kiev concert was totallly unbelievable. I will pay whatever anybody wants for a dvd
and cd of the concert. OMG-it took my breath away. I smiled the whole time. Adam was beyond beautiful and his voice was perfect. I am still flailing..I need to see it again.
I just saw a good portion of the concert and all I have to say is – OMFG!!!! ADAM JUST HIT A GRAND SLAM OUT OF THE BALLPARK!! HE WAS JUST TOTALLY BEYOND FANTASTIC – ADAM LOOKS GORGEOUS AND SOUNDS MORE AMAZING THAN EVER BEFORE!!
I have a huge smile on my face and some tears in my eyes – Adam is going to remember this in his old age & tell his children and grandchildren all about his concerts with Queen. I will be telling my grandson & other grandchildren that I was fortunate enough to have met Adam and seen him in concert. If this concert and the ones in England later this week don’t solidify Adam’s place at the top of the helm in music right now than I don’t know what will; to me Adam is the most talented and electrifying performer ever to have graced a stage – period! Someone please make DVD of this concert – I will run and buy it pronto!
DeeDee I feel the same way. I am totally exhausted from watching Adam and Queen. His voice constantly amazes me, and his gorgeous looks mesmerizes me. No one out there compares to his talent.
Watching this whole concert I think Adam did Freddie very proud but did himself even more proud; I have never seen any single performer own that stage the way Adam did; he was positively electrifying and you are right Rosemary-there is not a soul in the music business who has a smidgen of the talent Adam has or has the charisma
and sexy looks. Adam is starting to remind me of Elvis so much-but with far more talent and way more sexiness and spectacular handsome looks. If Freddie saw what was going on at the concert I think he would be so proud of what Adam did as well as Brian and Roger – this wasreally one for the ages!
YESSSSSSSSSS!!! OMG I am beyond words. DH and I were watching it on my laptop with headphones on a splitter, occasionally saying omg holy mackerel can yo believe this. YouTubes as soon as possible.

WOW WOW WOW Adam was amazing in Kiev!!! I even had a few tears at times! So many highlights. Wow! I just loved it. I know we all did! So many emotions. Adam’s journey just keeps on amazing me. so many emotions!!!! Worth getting up at 6:30am for!!!!!! of course!
In the song “I Don’t Want To Live Forever Video”, there is a shot of the audience. There is one young man in a pink jacket that looks like he is in a trance watching Adam. I think that’s how we all look at Adam’s concerts.
