From @Bitsytx: I’ve had a chance to take a look at The Adam Lambert Handbook and thought I’d pass along a few thoughts… Well, from a Glambert’s perspective, I thought it was pretty disappointing, definitely not worth $20. It’s compilation of lists, discographies, and random AL-related wiki content pulled from different places. To me, it appears that the content was likely gathered by someone who doesn’t know enough about AFL to even judge what would be of interest to fans and what would have little value. For example, it has discographies for Mad World, Change is Gonna Come, and other songs Adam performed on AI based on the releases by the original artists, including things like:
· When the original song was released and by whom
· Genre, writer, producer, etc.
· Origins, recording, reception, etc.
· Chart history
You may be interested in the chart information for the original U2 or Sam Cooke song, but it doesn’t have a whole lot to do with Adam and it doesn’t hold my interest. All in all, I would call it a waste of time for a big Adam-fan.
